Mazurek is a Polish cake with various fillings. It can be caramel, nuts, dried fruit, candied fruit, jam, etc. In contrast to conventional baking Mazurek not more than 4 cm in height. Typically the finished pie before serving, cut into rectangular cakes. In my recipe I suggest one of the versions of traditional Easter cakes from dough with the addition of yeast. For the filling, take a couple of oranges. Optionally, the filling can be put in addition to oranges, a lemon.

To prepare Easter baking Mazurek prepare ingredients: flour, yeast, "Dr. Oetker," vanilla "Dr. Oetker," the sugar, almond flour, oranges, butter, corn starch, water.

In flour make a well, add yeast "Dr. Oetker," sugar (20 grams), pour warm water. Knead the dough.

When the flour will absorb all the moisture, put the dough on the countertop and continue kneading. It is advisable to use the cooking machine, as the batter will have at least 10 minutes. Gradually add parts soft butter, fully involving each serving.
To shift the dough in a container, cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place to rise.

While suitable dough, prepare the filling. For this oranges to omit a few minutes in boiling water. Then randomly cut and remove the seeds. Mince or break immersion blender. Add sugar (250 grams), cornstarch, vanillin "Dr. Oetker". Mix well.
