A very tasty dish! And frankly, I don't know what tastes better - the chicken or the onion. The chicken is crispy and juicy sweet baked onions will not leave anyone indifferent! I cooked thighs, but you can take the chicken, cut into pieces and other parts of the carcass.
Ingredients for Chicken thighs on a bed of onion
- Chicken thigh - 7 PCs
- Onion - 5 PCs
- Milk - 100 ml
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp
- Paprika sweet - 1 tsp.

Thighs wash, dry, spread on a baking sheet. Mix salt, pepper, any spices for chicken, 2 tbsp of sunflower oil and coat the chicken. Send in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
Onions coarsely chop, add salt and pepper to taste, add the paprika, 3 tbsp of sunflower oil and mix well. Take out the chicken from the oven, spread on a plate and on the same baking sheet arrange the onion. Put into the oven at the same temperature for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, take out, spread on top of onions chicken, cut into pieces butter and spread on the onions, put into the oven for 15 minutes.
