This is the most simple, easy and quick recipe of fried mushrooms with onions in a pan with sour cream. The result is always excellent. The mushrooms will be juicy and delicious. Suitable for any side dish. It is very tasty!

- Mushrooms - 700 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp

Step by step instruction of cooking Mushrooms pan-fried with sour cream
Washed mushrooms cut into four pieces. If the mushrooms are large, cut them in small pieces.
Onion cut into half rings.
Heat pan, add vegetable oil and place the mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms on medium heat stirring occasionally.
Mushrooms fry until until all the liquid.
Add the onions, stir. Fry the mushrooms and onions until Golden brown.
Add sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix well. When the cream comes to a boil, the pan cover and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
