This is the best and a good recipe for sweet rolls with poppy from yeast dough I've tried. The rolls have a delicate, airy and soft even the next day. Although it is unlikely they will remain in my family, they disperse for a few hours.

- Flour - 500 g
- Milk - 250 ml
- Yeast - 2 tsp.
- Sugar - 5 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Butter - 60 g
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
- Vanilla sugar - 1 package.
- Mac - 500 g

In a bowl, pour warm milk, add dry yeast, sugar. Mix with a whisk.
Add salt, vanilla sugar and eggs. Stir with a whisk.
Add the sifted flour in several stages. First knead everything with a whisk or spoon and then hands.
