- Flour - 280 g
- Water - 130 ml
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Meat - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Dumplings with meat "Gylany"
In a bowl pour the flour and salt. To do in the center of a small recess.
Add to the oil. A little stir so that the oil has absorbed the flour.
Parts add boiling water, stirring constantly.
Knead the dough.
Cover with a towel, leave for 15 minutes.
