Fruit joy, the coolness of a hot summer day, tasty and healthy day in spring and winter is all about smoothies!.. Very easy to prepare and delicious to eat-drink!... The variations are endless: I have this natural yogurt ( or yoghurt), honey, Apple juice, banana and kiwi.
Ingredients for Smoothie "Fire"
- Yogurt - 50 ml
- Honey - 1 tsp.
- Apple juice - 50 ml
- Banana - 1 piece
- Kiwi - 3 PCs
