I love Italy and everything connected with it... And my husband loves me and pasta )) the original Recipe, copied from a friend from Catalonia. By the way, today we have dinner in Italian style. Pour a glass of dry wine, welcome to visit!
Ingredients for Pasta "My Italy"
- Gherkins - 6 PCs
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Dill - 1 tsp.
- Sour cream - 6 tbsp.
- Parmesan - 1 tsp.
- Pasta - 400 g
- Curd - 250 g
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Greens - 3 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Parmesan - 4 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Pasta "My Italy"

Pasta to boil in salted water until al dente.
Walnuts grind in a blender or finely chop with a knife. On a dry (!) pan fry the nuts and the chopped clove of garlic.

Pasta drain in a colander, to add cottage cheese (fat), greens, nuts, salt and pepper. Add sour cream, mix well.

The sauce separated not removed. There are very simple: in blender, blend sour cream, gherkins, garlic, dill. To adjust the thickness add the brine from the gherkins. Add grated PA a fine grater Parmesan.
When serving the finished dish sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. The sauce is optional, but so delicious! Pleasant appetite!
