Burek with meat it turns out very tasty, juicy, flavorful, tasty and quite hearty. It can be prepared as a separate meal or snack, as well as the main hot meal. This is my favorite recipe from minced meat with the yeast dough in the oven.
Ingredients for Burek with Meat
- The dough is flaky yeast - 500 g
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Black pepper - to taste
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp

Step by step instruction of cooking Burek with Meat
Finely slice the onion.
To the mince add the onion. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything carefully. You can use any minced meat. I have a pork-beef.
Defrost puff pastry and roll it very thinly to make a large and long layer.
Across the surface of the dough lay out a thin and even layer of stuffing.
Gently spin the dough with the stuffing into a log and put it into the form in the form of a snail, spinning in a spiral starting from the centre.
Form for baking grease with vegetable oil and place the Burek. Stir with a fork egg with a pinch of salt and brush the entire surface of our pie with ground beef.
Send in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees.
Ready and hot Burek cover with a tea towel for 10 minutes.
