Ingredients for Curd pie with cherries
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Margarine - 130 g
- Sour cream - 45 g
- Flour - 340 g
- Leavening agent - 7 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 package.
- Curd - 250 g
- Cream cheese - 80 g
- Pudding vanilla - 1 package.
- Powdered sugar - 25 g
- Orange zest - 1 package.
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Cherry - 50 g
- Corn starch - 1 tsp.
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
- Cream - 1 tbsp
- Honey - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Curd pie with cherries
To prepare the dough, in a bowl beat the egg,
add the vanilla sugar, salt.
Add powdered sugar and mix thoroughly.
Add the soft margarine for baking (or butter, remove the whisk, work with a fork or a spoon), mix well.
Add sour cream, mix well.
Flour mixed with baking powder, ProSuite,
to enter in mass.
Knead a soft dough.
Tighten with cling film, leave to rest for 20min.
For the filling, mix the soft cheese with cream cheese.
Add egg white, powdered sugar, orange zest, vanilla pudding.
I churned the whole mass with a mixer.
Cherries do not defrost, mix with corn starch.
