Step by step instruction of cooking Apple pie with cottage cheese and apples
In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar into foam.
Add cottage cheese, sour cream and a pinch of salt. Mix everything with a mixer.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix.
Form grease with vegetable oil, put the dough.
Apples cut into slices and place on top of dough.
Send in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
