Delicious cold cuts. It can serve any side dish: buckwheat, potatoes, rice, pasta or vegetables, as in my case scrambled eggs with vegetables. Amounts of ingredients are specified based on the size of the pot, they can increase or decrease according to your taste.

Step by step instruction of cooking Assorted meat in a pot

Cut the meat into portioned pieces.

Fry in vegetable oil on high heat (until a slight Browning) each kind of meat separately.

Spread the meat layer in the pot. Put the beef, sprinkle with salt/spices (I Adygei salt), then again pork and seasonings, and finally the chicken and spices (I have been seasoning for chicken legs).

Cut the onion into rings, or simply large chunks. Carrots cut into cubes or grate on a coarse grater.

Put the vegetables on top of meat, sprinkle with salt, do NOT MIX with meat.
Pour on top of sour cream. I have sour cream 18%, a rather thick, so I diluted it with water and added some salt.

Close the pot lid, put in a cold oven. Heat to 200 degrees and simmer for 1-1.5 hours after the heating of the oven.
