- Sour cream - 4 tbsp

- Cheese - 150 g
- Curd - 250 g
- Pasta - 400 g
- Garlic - 2-3 tooth.
Step by step instruction of cooking Baked macaroni with cheese sauce
Boil pasta until soft (so the inside remains slightly firm).
To make the sauce: mash cottage cheese, add eggs, mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped fresh herbs, chopped garlic and versatile seasoning. Mix everything carefully.
To the sauce add the cooked pasta and the whole mass mixed. Put in a baking dish.
Grate cheese and sprinkle on top of pasta.
Bake in the oven until Golden brown.
