Pour into a saucepan the milk, put on fire, bring to a boil.

Mix the egg yolks with the sugar. Then gradually add hot milk, stirring simultaneously. Pour the mixture into the saucepan, put on medium heat and heat for several minutes until lightly thickened, not boiling. In conclusion, add the vanilla sugar, if desired. Mix. Cool custard mixture.

Whip the cold cream. Add the cooled mixture. Mix well. Cover with cling film and put into the freezer for 30-60 minutes. After the time to get a container of ice cream from the freezer and carefully stir. Again, remove in the freezer for 30-60 minutes. Repeat this procedure 2-3 times.

After the final mixing to shift the ice cream to storage container and place in the freezer for at least 3-5 hours.
