- Radishes - 100 g
- Cheese - 70 g
- Curd - 200 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Green onions - to taste
- Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste

Step by step instruction of cooking Pate radish
Radish wash well, trim the stems and cut into several parts.
Egg and cheese cut into medium cubes.
In the bowl of a blender combine the sliced radishes, cheese, egg, cottage cheese, sour cream and grind in a more or less homogeneous mass.
Add salt, pepper, mustard, herbs and gently stir.
Serve with soft bread or with toasted croutons.
