In the heat of summer really do not want a heavy meal. In my opinion the ideal food for the summer bread, cheese and fresh vegetables. Cheese cake perfectly complement the light fresh salad, or a Cup of coffee on a Sunny morning!
Ingredients for Tortilla with cheese
- Water - 200 ml
- Sour cream - 50 g
- Yeast - 5 g
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 350 g
- Dutch cheese - 400 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Tortilla with cheese

Warm water to mix with sour cream.
Add sugar and yeast, mix well.

In several stages introduce the flour, knead a smooth dough that does not stick to hands.
Flour may need more or less depending on its properties.
Leave the dough to rise for 1-1,5 hours.

Cheese grate on a coarse grater.

The dough came, increased in volume.
It is smooth, elastic, does not stick to hands.

Because the dough will roll out as thin as possible, I did it directly on the parchment. Additional flour was needed.

Cover with the second part, carefully zasiyaet edges and again roll out, as thin as possible.
Pinned the cake with a fork, grease with slightly beaten egg.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
Served hot. The tortilla stays soft and delicious even the next day, after reheating in the microwave.
