Ingredients for Redlibre
- Chicken - 1500 g
- Sour cream - 500 g
- Broth - 100 ml
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 piece
- Onion - 4 PCs
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Curry - 0.5 tsp.
- Paprika sweet - 1 tsp.

Step by step instruction of cooking Redlibre
Cut the chicken into serving pieces.
Salt, pepper to taste. Stir and leave aside.
Onion cut into cubes, garlic finely chop and as well cut greens.
In a deep pan heat oil and fry chicken from all sides. As it is cooking, chop up chicken put in a bowl.
In the same pan fry the onions. As onions become transparent, add half of the chopped garlic and fry until Golden.
Fried onions and garlic premalayam blender to a pulp.
Then add sour cream, Curry, black pepper, paprika, salt, herbs, remaining garlic and stir. Add water and flour, and then stir again.
In a pan put the chicken on top and pour our sauce. Simmer it with closed lid on medium heat for 20 minutes.
Redlibre ready, serve with any side dish.
