- Milk - 200 ml
- Vegetable oil - 80 ml
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Yeast - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 400 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 50 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Milk buns-bagels
In warm milk add sugar, yeast and salt. Leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Coming up in the yeast add the egg and vegetable oil. Mix well.
Parts add the flour. Knead soft, gentle dough.
Leave the dough to rise 40 minutes.
Approaching divide the dough into 6 pieces.
