If you like to pamper your relatives and friends baked pies, my recipe will be useful. Bulgur is good not only as a garnish, but is a great filling for pies and combined with green onions, boiled egg and creamy butter, I assure that it is excellent! So help yourself with pleasure!!!

Step by step instruction of cooking Bulgarskie pies

250 g sifted flour mixed with 2 tsp sugar, 0.5 tsp salt and 1 tsp of instant yeast. Now add 150 ml warm milk 2 tbsp vegetable oil and knead the dough.

While the dough is resting, you should prepare the filling. In a frying pan with medium heat to melt 2 tbsp of butter, add 250 g of boiled bulgur and 3 PCs finely chopped green onions. A thorough stir and simmer for about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

3 hard-boiled eggs cut in small cubes and mix with the bulgur and green onions. Salt add to taste. If desired, you can add your favorite spices.

The dough is well approached, now a little bit to press down.

Work surface sprinkle with flour, divide the dough into equal kosaki. Each piece roll in flour and roll it into a circle with a diameter of about 11 cm.

The thickness of the dough is about 7-10 mm. In the middle put 1 tbsp filling.
