One of the main dishes of South America. Arroz con leche - literally translated as rice with milk, but it is not just rice porridge. This dish has become our favorite in our trip to Chile and Peru. Prepare all the ingredients.
First wash the rice.
The recipe as taken glass. I have a glass of 250 ml.

My orange. Remove the thin skin. The peel must be boiled 3 times to remove the bitterness. I filled 3 times with boiling water.

In a saucepan, pour 5 cups of water - 1 liter and 250 ml, add cloves (3-5 PCs), 2 cinnamon sticks and orange peel. Bring to a boil.

When the water is boiling, add the rice. Diminish the fire and cook approximately 30 minutes until evaporation of all the liquid.

When the moisture is all evaporated, take out the orange peel, cinnamon and cloves.
Pour the jar of concentrated milk. stir.
Then add condensed milk ( recipe on this quantity add 2 cans of condensed milk, they love sweets, but sometimes the food so sweet, which reduces the teeth) - I put a little more than half a packet of condensed milk (in the first photo).
Next add the vanilla and raisins. Stir. Turn off the heat.
