Chutney rhubarb and apricots

A great sauce for kebabs, especially chicken! Sweet and sour sauce with hints of ginger and curry.
Ingredients for Chutney rhubarb and apricots
- Rhubarb - 600 g
- Red onion - 2 PCs
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Dried apricots - 8 PCs
- Sugar - 250 g
- Ginger - 1 piece
- Curry - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Water - 100 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Chutney rhubarb and apricots
Peeled and diced rhubarb, onion rings, vinegar, water, sugar, ginger cubes, pepper and dried apricots add to the pot.
Bring to boil and add curry and salt. Simmer on low heat for 25-30 minutes stirring constantly.
Roll up in clean jars in the refrigerator or cellar. I made chutney last year and don't really remember the number nakatannyh cans.
Instead of black pepper I use Sambal Oelek. In the list of products it was impossible to choose Sambal, so the common black pepper.
