A delicious and quick sauce for any side dishes provided that is meat. You can submit in two ways: as a sauce for baked or steamed vegetables; as a sauce for mashed potatoes, buckwheat, rice or pasta.
Ingredients for Sauce-sauce with ground meat
- Meat - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Broth - 1 Cup.
- Salt
- Flour - 1..2 tbsp.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Nutmeg
Step by step instruction of cooking Sauce-sauce with ground meat

To prepare the sauce you will need cooked meat, boiled, baked or fried. It can be chicken or pork of your choice.
I have a chicken breast from a baked chicken.

Meat cut arbitrarily and grind in the bowl of the blender until the middle pieces.

Onions finely cut and fry in butter until transparent and light gold.

Next, add one or two tablespoons of flour, depending on how thick sauce you want to get. Mix well and cook for another ONU minute.

Then pour a glass of broth or water.

Stir, add Bay leaf and cook for 5 min. At this point it is already possible to bring up taste.
The chicken I baked with spices and is why I don't add just a little nutmeg and a little salt.

Add minced meat, stir and cook 5-7 minutes.

At the end add sour cream, mix, heat but do not boil!

You can submit in a gravy boat so that everyone could pour yourself the right amount. Or just pour and mix with vegetables.
