- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Mayonnaise - 1 tsp.

Step by step instruction of cooking Eggplant pate
Eggplant peel away skin, chop into cubes, fry in vegetable oil until tender, for 7 minutes. put in a bowl where you will whip.
Onions also peel and finely chop, fry in the same pan until Golden brown, pour in the eggplant.
Eggs clean, put the eggplant and onions.
All the ingredients to break a hand blender, add salt, pepper, optionally add 1 tsp. of mayonnaise.
