Easy, quick (45 minutes) and at the same time, nutritional (~250 kcal) snack. One puff a quick bite before heading out or training, and two or three good dinner. Bon appetit!

Step-by-step instruction of cooking Puff with ham and vegetables


Step 1

Wash vegetables.
Cut the tomato into four parts. In each side of the cut site of attachment of the stalk. Remove the pulp with seeds. Slice the cleaned plates cubes.


Step 2

From pepper to remove the stem with seeds. Chop the pepper cubes.


Step 3

Finely chop the green onions.
Meat and cheese cut into cubes.


Step 4

Chopped vegetables, meat and cheese placed in one container and mix.


Step 5

The egg wash. To separate the protein from the yolk. Protein pour into a container of vegetables, meat and cheese. Stir again.
The stuffing is ready.


Step 6

Roll the dough, cut into squares.
Spread the filling in each square of dough and wrap. Lubricate puff yolk.
Put in a preheated 200°C oven for about 15-20 minutes.

Serve hot.
