Chicken fillet with vegetables is a main dish that will fit any garnish. The meat turns out tender and flavorful, and the vegetables complemented it's taste.
Ingredients for Chicken fillet with vegetables
- Chicken fillet - 200 g
- Eggplant - 2 PCs
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 100 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste

Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken fillet with vegetables
Prepare all the ingredients. Chopped chicken pour soy sauce and leave for 30-40 minutes.
While the meat is marinating, remove the stalk from the eggplant and tomato.
First, cut the eggplant slices, then quartered.
Next finely chop onion, bell pepper and tomato.
On low heat put the saucepan, pour into it the olive oil and spread chicken fillet, cover with a lid, not forgetting to stir. Next add the onions and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add the eggplant and simmer for 5 minutes, then pour all half water, simmer until eggplants are soft.
Add tomato and bell pepper, salt and spices.
Simmer approximately 15 minutes until cooked all the ingredients.
The dish is served hot to any garnish.
