Shrimp in garlic-ginger sauce

Ingredients for Shrimp in garlic-ginger sauce
- Shrimp - 500 g

- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - 1 depot.
- Chili - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Shrimp in garlic-ginger sauce
This is the most difficult stage. Need a scullion, who cleans the shrimp and not eat them while working. Defrost shrimp and remove shell. Shrimp I have cooked and frozen. (Those who are lucky enough to see them in the raw, and the more alive I think you know how to cook them.)
Garlic and ginger peel, chop finely-finely.

Fry the garlic, ginger and chili in sesame oil.
Add tomato, soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar and simmer it on a low heat to soften the tomatoes, stirring constantly.

Let me remind you that my shrimp were cooked and frozen from a package. So just warmed them in the resulting sauce. The sauce is boiled, stir well, and allowed to boil for 3 minutes. Ready.
