Cook 110 g millet (1 Cup for slow cooker) in the ratio grits:water = 1:1,5.

For the base mix the cooked millet with half of the grated mozzarella, place them on the bottom of the baking dish, seal. On top lay the leaves of spinach. The spinach lay pieces of raw chicken meat.
