Let's start with the dough. In a bowl, mix kefir, eggs, salt and sugar.
Add 4 cups flour and spoon knead sticky dough. Pour vegetable oil and mix up it into the dough.
Cup of flour mixed with baking soda and pour it on the table. Spread the dough and continue kneading. Perhaps the flour will take a little more... depends on the class but much to score flour it is not necessary! Otherwise, in the finished dumplings, the dough will not be lush! Is better at rolling often populati table and the rolling pin!
Gather the dough into a ball and cover with polyethylene. Allow to rest 15-20 minutes.
Rinse the berries. Drain off excess water. Sprinkle with sugar and put in a colander or sieve, to select the juice drips into the bowl.
The test takes out a piece and roll out into a layer 4 mm thick (i.e. not very subtly). Cut out the circles. I do this with a Cup of 8 cm in diameter. The point is that the diameter of the circles for the dumplings was not small, otherwise mold will not be easy and will be a little filling in the dumpling!
On the circle of dough put a spoonful of the filling!
So the berries do not spill out of the dumpling, during the molding, the first connecting edge in the middle, slightly pulling them. And then begin to suscipiat angles, moving to the middle.
Semipaved the dough well due to the soft structure. If suddenly it happened that where-that stood out the juice, take this and sprinkle well with flour.
Billet put on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour. Water for cooking salt and bring to a boil.
Cool in boiling water drop a few dumplings. Interfere not in a hurry, so as not to damage the dumpling! Otherwise the juice will run out and the dumplings will be blue. Wait until the water boils again and the dumplings float. After coming up cook for 4 minutes. Digest is not necessary, because the dough will become sticky and will lose the fluffiness... the butter melt in the microwave.
Ready batch of dumplings extracted from the water in a pan and pour melted butter.
For the second filling, mix the seedless cherries and raspberries. Sprinkle with sugar and stir. Put in a sieve over a bowl to drain excess juice. Shape the dumplings and boil.
Every finished batch of dumplings pour melted butter. Berry dumplings are very juicy and therefore I do not recommend them strongly shake to shuffle!!! Better to prevent sticking, pour more oil! Turns out a lot of dumplings! Enough for a big family!
