Pieces of loin on the bone, coat with spices and salt. Give 20 minutes for the meat to lie down. Then warm a pan, add the vegetable oil and fry the meat over high heat, couple minutes each side to get Golden brown.
Add all the fried pieces of meat in the pan, pour 50 ml of boiled water, the fire to a minimum. Stew meat under a lid until all the liquid evaporates.
