Yolks and 1 egg beat until light foam, add salt, sugar, melted butter. Mix everything carefully.
Add the sifted flour with the baking powder, stir with a spatula until the dough begins to gather, then quickly knead with hands to form a ball and put into the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes;
Put the dough in shape, lined with parchment paper and spread with your hands, forming small ledges, prick with a fork;
Beat the whites until light foam, add salt. Then continue to beat until stable peaks, gradually adding powdered sugar;
Into the beaten egg whites add the starch and berries, mix gently and put in the dough;
Bake at 170-180°C average in lower heat for approximately 35-40 minutes;
