Broccoli baked in a creamy, tomato - pepper filling with fragrant cheese crust. This casserole can serve as a quick, hot, hearty and delicious.
Ingredients for Broccoli in spicy filling
- Broccoli - 650 g
- Salt - 0.3 tsp.
- Bay leaf - 2 PCs
- Tomato - 600 g
- Sweet pepper - 3 PCs
- The processed cheese - 200 g
- Sour cream - 4 tbsp
- Khmeli-suneli - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Cheese - 150 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Broccoli in spicy filling
Broccoli to disassemble the heads, boil for 5 minutes, from the moment of boiling, adding salt and Bay leaf. Put in a baking dish (I form 30 cm in diameter).
Prepare tomatoes and peppers. Grind the garlic. Shred hard cheese. To turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.
Shift the tomatoes and peppers in the blender, bring to puree state. Add sour cream, cream cheese, Khmeli – suneli, garlic and put all in a blender. Broccoli pour the filling, spread evenly over the entire surface. On top spread the shredded cheese.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
