Ingredients for Pickled pepper mustard
- Pepper - 3 kg
- Water - 1 l
- Vinegar - 250 ml
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Salt - 2 tbsp
- Bay leaf - 4 PCs
- Black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Allspice - 6 PCs
- Mustard - 1 l
- Vegetable oil - 1 l
- Garlic - 4 the tooth.

Step by step instruction of cooking Pickled pepper mustard
Pepper wash, peel and cut into lengthwise pieces.
In a saucepan, pour water, add vinegar, sugar, salt, spices, garlic, bring to a boil. Allow to simmer for 1 minute to all United and sent pepper, cover with a lid and blanchere 15 minutes, until the pepper has become soft.
Pepper recline in a colander and leave to cool slightly.
The mustard gradually add the sunflower oil and beat with a mixer or whisk.
Add mustard mixture to the peppers and mix well.
Put the peppers in sterile jars, cover with a lid and put into the pantry or cellar. Bon appetit!
