Hello, friends! I offer a billet for the winter - vegetables with rice.
Ingredients for Vegetables with rice for the winter
- Onion - 3 PCs
- Carrots - 3 PCs
- Pepper - 5 PCs
- Tomato - 2 kg
- Vegetable oil - 300 ml
- Figure - 100 g
- Salt - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Citric acid - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Vegetables with rice for the winter

Cut the onion into cubes.
Carrots and peppers cut into strips.
Tomatoes cut into slices 6-8 pieces, depending on size.

Allow to heat up.
Fry the onion until translucent.
Add carrots. Fry until zolotisty.

Add tomatoes, salt and sugar.

After 45 minutes, add 1/2 tsp of citric acid. Stir and allow to writing a rolling boil for 2 minutes.
To the top fill hot sterilized jars and kuparinen hot sterilized lids.
Turn the covers down banks, wrap it up with a blanket and leave until cool.
