Bulgarian bulk Apple pie is one of the most fast and incredibly simple recipes that I had to cook. Bulk pie with a juicy, aromatic Apple filling and crumbly crust is prepared without a mixer and a whisk of dry test and does not require expensive products. Be sure to try to make this cake, because it will be able to surprise not only easy to prepare but also amazingly gentle taste and aroma. Bulk pie is cooked in different ways, some add milk, someone rubbing oil on a grater. I propose a slightly modified version without milk and rubbing oil, which, in my opinion, even more simplifies the process of cooking, and a cake is even tastier, it is better impregnated and baked through, and the top forms a crisp crust.

Step by step instruction of cooking Delicious Apple pie bulk

Wash the apples (optional to peel) and grate on a coarse grater, periodically sbryzgivaem lemon juice;

Sift the flour into a deep bowl, add the softened butter and grind everything into fine crumbs with a fork (or chop with a knife);

Add sugar, semolina, vanilla sugar and mix everything carefully;

In form, lined with parchment paper, place 1/4 of the dry mixture, flatten with a spoon, top, spread 1/3 of the apples to level. Then, alternating, repeating layers. A total of 4 layers of dry mix and three layers of apples on top should be part of the dry mixture.

Bake at 180-200°C about 40-50 minutes until light Browning.

Ready pie to cool, remove from the mold, optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate.
