Cooked sushi, some of the ingredients. Added what was in the fridge, and voilà - got a delicious salad. Salad for lovers of smoked fish and seaweed.
Ingredients for Sea salad with Japanese motifs
- Figure - 5 tbsp
- Sea Kale - 3 tbsp.
- Avocado - 0.25 PCs
- Fish - 100 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 1.5 tsp.
- Mayonnaise - 2 tsp.
- Chili - 2 depot.
- Peppers red hot chilli - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Sea salad with Japanese motifs
For scrambled eggs beat with a fork 1 egg with soy sauce. Salt is not necessary! Fry (preferably without oil). Cool, cut into slices.
Sea Kale chopped avocado cut into pieces. Clean the fish from the bones, cut into small strips.
For the sauce finely chop the pepper, mix with mayonnaise and dry chili.
All mix, fill with sauce.
