Collect raspberry leaves (can be dried).
Collect berries, twigs and leaves of sea buckthorn. I cut the small branches with berries (5 cm) shears. In the winter I have these dried twigs. The berries from the twigs separated, for the winter freeze. Now I use everything fresh.
Pour 2 cups of water. Insist 15 minutes.
Optionally add 1 teaspoon of honey or sugar and drink!
The composition of the leaves of sea buckthorn contain the following vitamins:
