For seafood lovers! :-) Everything is as usual in pilaf, only instead of meat - seafood... Right frozen. Even add a little soy sauce instead of salt and a teaspoon of saffron... Vkusnjatina! :-)
Ingredients for Pilaf seafood
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Figure - 2 stack.
- Seafood - 500 g
- Water - 2 stack.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Saffron - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Pilaf seafood
Scrape the carrots and cut into cubes,
finely chop the onion.
Prepared vegetables and fry in vegetable oil.
Wash rice very well to clear water.
Frozen seafood spread on a heated pan with oil, sauté for 10 minutes.
When the seafood are roasted, pour them two cups of water, add rice, sauteed vegetables, add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp of saffron, mix gently, cover the pan and simmer cook until the rice is tender.
5 minutes prior to readiness to put cloves of garlic.
In five minutes the risotto with seafood is ready!
