Want to share a recipe very quick and cheese biscuits. There are a lot of cheese and the minimum amount of oil and flour. The structure of the cookie is soft and tastes very similar to cheesecake. Tasty and not troublesome.

First pour the raisins not too hot water and give to stand for 5-10 minutes.
For preparing cheese biscuits, I take a fine-grained, dry cottage cheese in packs (2 packs of 180 g). Send it in a deep bowl, then add a piece of butter, softened at room temperature, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and yolks. Mix well. Add flour, baking powder and knead the dough.
Drain liquid, optionally dried raisins with a paper towel, add to the dough and mix well.
Using two spoons, spread small mounds of dough on the baking tray lined with parchment.
Bake cookies in a preheated 180 °C oven until pale Golden brown on top, 20 to 25 minutes (focus on your oven).
After turning off the oven, open the door to matchbox, and thus give to cool down to a warm state (from the sudden drop in temperature it is much settles). Is then removed.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
