Chocolate cake with cottage cheese and cherries is prepared quickly and simply, and the result is always excellent. Delicious dessert which perfectly matches light sour cherries with a rich chocolate cake and delicate curd cream.

Eggs (2 pieces) with salt and vanilla sugar beat until light foam, then continue to beat until the formation of fluffy mass, gradually adding the sugar (100g);
In beaten egg mixture in stages, add the butter, cocoa powder, sifted flour with baking powder, gently stir with a spatula until smooth (the dough should not be too thick);
For the cheese cream: mix cottage cheese with remaining sugar, egg, and grind everything in a blender until creamy;
In a form with high sides, greased with butter, spread 1/3 of chocolate batter and spread evenly. Then spread 1/2 of cream cheese and 1/2 of cherries;
Repeat the layers: chocolate crust, cheese cream, cherry on top and distribute the remaining chocolate dough;
Bake 40-45 minutes in a preheated to 180 degrees oven;
Cool completely and cut into pieces a La carte.
