Very tasty gratin (casserole) cauliflower, duck breast, crispy bacon in a creamy egg sauce with cheese!
Ingredients for Gratin with cauliflower, and duck bacon
- Cauliflower - 300 g
- Breast of duck - 150 g
- Bacon - 100 g
- Pepper
- Cream - 250 ml
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- The mixture of peppers - to taste
- Cheese - 50 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Gratin with cauliflower, and duck bacon

Divide cauliflower into florets and boil them in salted water for 10 minutes. With a slotted spoon to remove the cabbage in a baking dish.
