Prepare all the products.

In a small container crack eggs, add salt and pepper to taste, and gently whisk. Then add milk and mix well. Grate or finely chop the cheese, tomatoes, onions and greens. Herbs can take any, to your taste. For this recipe I take ½ bunch parsley and dill.
