- Turkey - 300 g
- Zucchini - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Salt - 4 g
- Curry - 2 g
- Coriander - 2 g
- The mixture of peppers - 2 g
- Cheese - 80 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Sour cream - 180 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 150 g
- Leavening agent - 10 g

Step by step instruction of cooking Turkey pie and zucchini

To make the filling. Fry in vegetable oil chopped onion and minced Turkey for 7-10 minutes. Then add the zucchini, grated on a coarse grater, salt and spices. Mix and fry for another 5-7 minutes.

For the test. Mix the eggs with sour cream, salt and sugar. Next add the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix well.
