Potatoes, chicken and mushrooms — classic trio in Russian cuisine. These ingredients perfectly complement each other. Offer a recipe of chicken, sauteed with rosemary, garlic, lemon juice, and then baked to readiness in the oven with potatoes and mushrooms.
Ingredients for Roast chicken with potatoes and mushrooms
- Chicken fillet - 600 g
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Potatoes - 5 PCs
- Rosemary - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Lemon - 2 PCs
- Red sweet pepper
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Roast chicken with potatoes and mushrooms
Put the potatoes in a saucepan, cover it with cold water and salt. Bring to a boil over high heat and then reduce heat simmer until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain the water.
On a cutting Board fold the slide rosemary leaves, garlic, 2 tsp salt, red pepper flakes and chop with a large knife until a paste.
Put pasta in a bowl. Add the juice of 1 lemon and olive oil.
Put the chicken fillet in the prepared marinade and mix.
Then on high heat, heat pan. Add chicken, cover and fry until it is browned, about 5 minutes.
Flip the chicken.
Take a baking dish and put in her fried chicken, add the sliced mushrooms and the potatoes quartered, pour the juice of the remaining lemon. Top off with rosemary sprigs and lemon halves, of which squeezed juice.
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Put the baking dish in the oven and bake, without covering with a lid until the chicken is cooked 20-25 minutes.
