Step by step instruction of cooking Tea porridge
To brew tea in a separate Cup. Important: Chinese green tea is best brewed with water at a temperature of 80-90 degrees and the lid will not close. All Chinese tea is brewed a few times. You can use tea bags with different flavors.
Washed buckwheat put in a pot, pour tea and add hot water to the ratio of 13 buckwheat to add 23 fluid.

Clean and melechim nuts (you can cut, you can RUB on a grater, you can shred with your hands).
