Today Halloween. Although this is not our holiday, but I just am drawn to bake something for tea with pumpkin. And here's the result - an amazing, bright, fragrant gingerbread.
Ingredients for Pumpkin gingerbread
- Pumpkin - 200 g
- Flour - 1 Cup.
- Sugar - 1/2 stack.
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 60 g
- Salt - 1/3 tsp
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Vanilla - 1 package.
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Nutmeg - 1/2 tsp.
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Sesame - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Pumpkin gingerbread
Pumpkin peel, cut in small pieces and put into the microwave for 3 minutes. Power my 800 watts.

Add flour and baking powder.
