A rich, aromatic bouquet with a hint of forest mushrooms, pickled cucumbers and feta! Very tasty, I recommend!
Ingredients for Warm potato salad
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Salt - to taste
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Paprika sweet - 2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Potatoes - 500 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 6 PCs
- Gherkins - 6 PCs
- Red onion - 2 PCs
- Feta - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Honey - 20 g
- Mustard - 20 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Warm potato salad
Potatoes a good wash with a brush, cut into slices with peel, put into a form, to salt, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with dried oregano (optional or other favorite herb).
Bake at 200 degrees until cooked.
While baked potatoes:
Mushrooms put in a pan, wikipedai all the moisture on high heat, add oil, paprika, grated garlic and sour cream, cook while stirring until crisp, salt if necessary.
While preparing the potatoes and mushrooms, chop the remaining ingredients.
Cooked mushrooms to connect with hot, baked potatoes, stir.
Put potatoes on plate, add onions, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and crumble feta cheese.
Mix oil, honey, mustard and pour over the salad dressing.
