✅ Lasagna with meat is one of the most popular dishes of Italian cuisine. Lasagna cooking is a rather laborious process, but having the detailed instructions, you can learn all the details easily. I want to show the recipe of sauce Bolognese (tomato sauce with meat and spices), a classic Bechamel sauce (milk sauce, thanks to which lasagna gets very creamy taste) and of course the lasagna sheets.

Step by step instruction of cooking Classic lasagna

The lasagna sheets. For the dough, mix eggs with vegetable oil. To the flour add salt, make a well in center and pour egg - oil mixture. Carefully, with a fork, knead the dough. Knead for 7-10 minutes. From the resulting dough formed a ball, put in a bag and allowed to rest for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes take the dough, a little abenaim and roll out into a very thin layer. Cut into the required sheets.

The Bechamel Sauce. Melt the butter and add the flour. Mix well and fry, stirring constantly, for 1-2 minutes. After, gradually add milk, spices and cook until thick ( STIRRING CONSTANTLY with a WHISK) on medium heat (do not boil the sauce at too high heat because it can burn or milk may curdle).

The Bolognese sauce. Fry the onion, garlic and carrots in a small amount of vegetable oil. Then add the mince and fry for 3-5 minutes. Add the spices, tomatoes (previously rubbed on a grater, or prerevenue blender), tomato sauce and simmer all for 1 hour on low heat.

Collect the lasagna in the following order: Bechamel, pasta for lasagna, Bechamel, Bolognese, pasta for lasagna and so until then, until you run out of ingredients. Optionally, each layer sprinkle with cheese.

Sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. After cooking, sprinkle cheese on top and put into the oven for another 5 minutes.
