I offer lush, lazy cabbage fritters with yogurt. This recipe is for those who love cabbage rolls, but have no time for sculpting. These pancakes are very delicious, soft and healthy. They can be served for Breakfast or as a snack.

- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Yogurt - 350 ml
- Flour - 350 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Soda - 1 tsp.
- Cabbage - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Dill - 1 Puig.
- Water - 3 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil

Step by step instruction of cooking Cabbage fritters
You must first put out the cabbage.
Onion cut into cubes, carrots grate on a grater and send to passerovat in vegetable oil.
Cabbage finely chop and send to the onions and carrots, add the herbs and salt.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of water and simmer under a lid until tender cabbage, about 20-30 minutes. Cool.
The yogurt is room temperature add the baking soda and leave for 3-5 minutes.
Then add salt, sugar and egg, stir the resulting mass.
Gradually add the sifted flour and knead the dough.
In the resulting dough add steamed Kale and mix until smooth.
In a hot frying pan pour vegetable oil and lay the pancakes.
Fry under a lid on medium heat on both sides until Golden brown.
