These muffins are the"pancakes"served in a local café-bar. In Latvia great respect for everything pumpkin. In Riga exhibitions of pumpkins at the zoo each year, local strongmen weigh the huge pumpkin and reward the winner the biggest... so these pancakes can be served with cream, ice cream or jam. I decided part add the apples.

- Pumpkin - 400 g

Step by step instruction of cooking Pumpkin pancakes
