Step by step instruction of cooking Honey

Beat the eggs with sugar, add honey and melted butter.
Note: use liquid honey of any variety.

To put the mass on water bath for 7 minutes, stirring continuously.

Mass cool a little and start to add the flour through a sieve - you should get soft dough.

Divide the dough into 12 parts, each roll out a thin layer, with the plates cut round cakes and bake them in the preheated oven 3 minutes.
Note: raw cakes dry quickly, so unroll them and send it straight into the oven. Keep the remaining dough wrapped in plastic.
