My kids love pancakes and bananas and I decided to combine it all into one and make a delicious and quick pancakes on the fermented baked milk with bananas.

- Ryazhenka - 400 ml
- Banana - 3 PCs
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Vanilla - 1 package.
- Sugar - 100 g
- Flour - 7 tbsp
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Banana pancakes on the fermented baked milk
In a bowl pour the fermented baked milk.
Bananas would be better to take ripe, pass through a blender to puree.
In a bowl with the yogurt, add bananas, sugar, egg and vanilla and stir.
Add flour and baking powder, stir until smooth.
Fry pancakes in a pan on both sides and serve with sour cream.
